HSP Gripen in Hudiksvall appoints Factory Manager, Magnus Faxbrink as of 1 July 2021.
HSP Gripen develops, manufactures and markets hydraulic grapples for material handling equipment under the Gripen brand and product name. Its main applications include timber transport on forwarders and trucks, material handling using ground and construction equipment and the handling of large bulk volumes in ports and timber terminals. The company has a grapple for every imaginable situation. Today, the company employs 40 people with an annual turnover of SEK 70 million. 65 percent of the production is exported to more than 30 countries.
On 1 July, Magnus Faxbrink took on the new position of Factory Manager with overall responsibility for the production, facility, staff and quality. Previously, production responsibility laid with Magnus Bergman who will now be able to focus fully on other tasks within IT, system support, planning and general preparation. Faxbrink has a wealth of experience in the manufacturing industry and in process development where he has held several leading positions. In his most recent position, Magnus was in charge of Operations at HIAB and ZEPRO.

HSP Gripen is currently undergoing a transformation that includes expansion of the plant with several large projects relating to internal systems, new machines and a revised production layout.
